Funeral services for Lena M. Ten Fingers of Crawford, Nebraska will be held on Friday, February 14, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Chamberlain Chapel in Chadron with Sonny E. White and Robert Two Bulls officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Chadron. A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2014 from 5:00 – 9:00 PM at Chamberlain Chapel.
Lena Ten Fingers made her journey to the spirit world on February 7, 2014 at the Ponderosa Villa Nursing Home. She was born to Henry and Annie Ten Fingers on March 22, 1918 and lived most of her life in Crawford. She loved to sew, play bingo, bible studies, fishing, and always had a smile for everyone. She was a very loving & caring person who was always thinking of others. She loved talking in her native tongue.
Her immediate survivors are Sons, Fred Ten Fingers of Chrystal, Minnesota; Vincent (Karen) Ten Fingers of Chadron, Nebraska; granddaughter, Teanna Little Hawk; Grandsons, Russell Ten Fingers and Thomas Ten Fingers; 2 great grandsons. She will be greatly missed by all.
