Funeral services for Ellsworth Shaffer of Chadron, Nebraska will be held on Monday, October 17, 2016 at 10:30 AM at Chamberlain Chapel in Chadron, Nebraska. Pastor Tom Serres will be officiating.
Ellsworth passed away on October 10, 2016 at Crestview Care Center.
Mr. Shaffer was born on March 1, 1936 in Chadron, Nebraska.
She was 80.
