Raymond Lee Nikont, 60, died Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at his home in Hemingford.
He was born on September 30, 1954 in Laramie, WY to David and Mary Tomas. He was later adopted by Theodore and Barbara Nikont. He has lived in Hemingford most of his life.
He married Maureen (O’Connor) Richardson on February 1, 2011 in Aberdeen, SD.
He is survived by his wife, Maureen, his step-children, Larry Mazanec, Lee Mazanec and Laurie Mazanec of Hemingford and Leslie Mazanec of AZ and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his mother, Barbara Nikont of Hemingford, his brothers, David Nikont of Hemingford, Donnie Anderson of IL, Mark Nikont of HA, and his sisters, Juanita Canalini and Caroline Best.
Memorial services will be Monday, November 10 at 3:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Hemingford with Pastor Teri Lucas officiating.
Memorials may be given to the Hemingford United Methodist Church.
