Ashley Dawn Rising, 41, died in her home on Thursday, April 4, 2013. Cremation has taken place.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at 3:30 PM at the Crawford Community Building with Pastor Matt Parker officiating.
Ashley was born on October 8, 1971 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska the daughter of Bob and Judy (Weinmaster) Rising. She grew up in Belmont, Nebraska and attended Belmont elementary school. She graduated from Sioux County High School in 1989. She attended EWC and Chadron State College
Ashley loved her family and friends and most of all her daughter. She also had her two beloved pets Odie Joseph and Jessie Marie. She was an avid football fan; mainly the Pittsburg Steelers (don’t mention the Broncos!) She will be deeply loved and missed.
Survivors include her father, Bob Rising of St. Libory Nebraska; daughter Alisha Rising of Kearney Nebraska ; Brother, Corey (Michelle) Rising of Torrington Wyoming; Sister, Brenda (Mike) Foster of Potter, NE; nieces and nephews, Kaylea , Zane and Avary Rising and Chris Foster; Grandmother, Esther Weinmaster of Gering, Nebraska; and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Ashley is preceded in death by her Mom, Judy; Grandparents, Ila and John Rising and Elmer Weinmaster.
